The Euro-Pro Shark Steam Pocket mop provides chemical free steam on demand, delivering the right amount of super heated steam to the micro-fiber pad when you want it and where you need it with just simple natural mopping motion. The patented steam pocket design releases the super heated steam while holding the heat in the pocket to effectively clean and sanitize at the same time and on both sides. It has a large capacity tank, long runtime, long power cord (20 feet) and two sides of cleaning 180° maneuverability. The Shark Steam Pocket mop is appropriate for use on all sealed and pre-sealed hard floor surfaces. Package includes one standard mop head and two washable triple action microfiber pads. i had the mop for about 2 years- i found it did not clean all the dirt on my tiled floors- i had to pump often to get steam and when i flipped the pad over the knob where you filled the water would shoot hot water out of the small hole in the knob which could burn your legs- the floors were never totally clean since after mopping if i took a paper towel to wipe a section of the floor it always showed dirty- not a good product

Unit exploded, burned me
I made the mistake of buying this on Black Friday last year without looking at reviews. It honestly worked perfectly for me until I started my regular mopping this afternoon, it worked for a few minutes then stopped steaming. I lifted the mop head off the floor and it exploded off, shooting steam and hot water all over my hand, my floor and coming dangerously close to hitting my dog in the face. After looking at the CPSC website and other reviews here, it's a common problem. There needs to be a recall on these, there's an obvious design flaw and people are getting hurt.

for the money, the best of steamers.
This was my 3rd steamer (the first one, I did not use distilled water and my water is seriously hard). If you can purchase with a 20% off coupon, it is a good deal.......if it had been with a 20% off, not such a good deal....

I thought this was going to be a great product. Recommended to my sister and mother in law. I was very wrong, mine lasted maybe 1 1/2 to 2 years, and did the same thing everyone is saying. It made a loud noise and that was it. My husband took apart and it has a very poor design. Bottom canister scalded me. I would not recommend this to anyone. Will look at Bissells and maybe buy it.
