Great for awhile
You'll love this shower head for about the first 5 or 6 months. Then the button becomes impossible to push. This is clearly a design flaw. I returned the first one and they did replace it. Now the second one is doing the same thing. They claim it has a lifetime warrenty. We'll see how long they will honor this if I have to keep returning them.

Piece of junk!
Not sure how the other reviewer gave this 5 stars.
Cheap plastic prevents you from getting a tight fit using a tool. The ball joint leeks water when adjusting the nozzle for taller people. The silicon cover on the button fell of with in 5 minutes. And it does not increase water pressure like it claims. Not even worth the hassle of returning under the warranty.
Do yourself a favor and spend an extra 20 bucks on a better quality shower head.

great that it is so normal!
Love this shower head. When I asked my husband how he liked it, he replied "it's a shower head". EXACTLY! It gives out such a normal feeling stream of water while being so very water efficient. Love the touch button to change the stream. So much easier than trying to twist a wet dial. Love it, love it, love it. Going to buy a second one for our other shower.
