Cuisinart® GreenGourmet™ 5.5-Quart Saute Pan

This eco-friendly cookware features Cuisinart's GreenGourmet™ Ceramica™ nonstick technology. It is ceramic based instead of petroleum based, helping to conserve existing oil supplies, and the coating is applied at a temperature that is one-half that of conventional nonstick cookware. It is completely free of PTFE and PFOA. The cookware has hard anodized construction which provides high heat conductivity, requiring less energy to reach desired cooking temperatures. Riveted stainless handles stay cool on the stovetop and are made from 70% recycled stainless steel. Oven and broiler safe. Hand wash. Limited lifetime warranty.
