It meets and exceeds expectations. Love the fold-up handle. Very versatile and cool.

works well
I have been wanting a splatter screen for a while, but was put off by negative comments. This one works very well. It prevents 100% of grease splatter, and the only reason it didn't get 5 stars is thats its only ok as an odor perverter. But don't let that stop you from buying it. It also cleans very well with no residual grease.

Okay, but with issues
This item absorbs frying odors very well. However, it also catches the oil that spatters and that oil oozes through the screen even after it has been washed in hot, soapy water. I have not yet found a way to clean it thoroughly enough so that I don't find little oil drips in the cabinet where it's stored.
