Great product
the massager has been in use for a year and we love it. My husband pulled his back years ago in the Marines and this will help get the kink out. The heating isn't very hot, but the rest is awesome.

dont purchase
this product is not worth the money .. i too have purchased 3 in the last year. .. the cord gets loose on it after a few uses.. it comes unlocked when in use so i have to stop and lock it back then i hit the on off switch too... i would not recomend this at all... the original ones lasted me 10 years oh how i miss that one

Doesn't Compare!
Had an older version of this same product from the same company. In my opinion this one just does not have the desired vibration level as the old one. At this point I will try to the cord on my old one. Hopefully I will be succesful! I do not suggest buying this product!

Great massager, lousy product
I fully agree with the first writer, jonrick. The present model lacks speed control, unlocks itself in use, has a heat function that's useless, is awkward to use, and has an attaching cord which will fail at the attachment point in a few hours after you begin use. On my last new massager I wrapped duct tape around the attach point to force the cord to break at a point a slight distance from the rubber pass-through where I can splice the broken ends together. The vibrating function is good, but I am searching for a unit which lasts. The original models were much better, but no longer available..We are on our fourth unit, only because we found the vibration gives us needed relief from firbromyalgia, but the unit fails so frequently, we buy them in bulk. We too wish there were an American company that made something similar.
