The Green Tek ceramic titanium non-stick cooking surface won't blister or peel or interact with food, and is safe to use metal utensils with. The comfortable and sturdy handles are attached with a patented method that doesn't use screws or rivets and are guaranteed not to come loose. Also features heat resistant glass lids that allow you to monitor food while cooking. Oven safe up to 500° F. Dishwasher safe, though hand washing is recommended. Limited lifetime warranty.

Worth the investment
This pan lives up to expectations that came with the hefty price tag: wonderful non-stick performance. It has an insulated handle with no rivets on the inside surface and holds up to 5 Qt. Glass lid lets me see inside without removing the lid.
This is my go-to pan for almost everything. It replaces Cuisin'rt green cookweare (unsatisfactory all around) and Ecolut'n Artistry (better than the other, but ultimately the non-stick coating began to stick). It is medium weight cookware, and it can be a bit heavy when full.
This Scanpan was recommended by Ross at the San Francisco store, who showed me a sample, and also arranged to order it for me and have it shipped to my home.
