Awful, DO NOT PURCHASE
I received this for my engagement party and was very excited to use the product. The first time I used it, it worked well, however it the motor burnt out after its second use. I am very disappointed in this product and plan on returning it to BBB and contacting Metrokane.

Does not work
I got this product as a gift last Christmas. It really never worked. The battery indicator is a joke. It says "30" and it totally dies before it finish opening the first bottle. It constantly says that it can open 30 bottle and it can hardly open the first one. DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PRODUCT AT ALL.

Bad purchase
Would not purchase again. First one broke after 5 uses. Returned to company at my expense. Replaced unit broke on the first cork pull. Owned a different brand which lasted for about 7 years (the battery died and could not be replaced), was much less expensive and worked very well. Took 2 e-mails and several phone calls to Metrokane to get assistance. The customer service rep informed me that I did not know how to use the opener (yes, I had read and followed the instructions). Will throw the second unit in the trash. Will not purchase another Metrokane product.
