Worst Umbrella Purchase Ever
Do NOT waste your money on this umbrella. I purchased this online and when I received, the box had looked as if it had been returned already and repackaged. The poles were bent, and it was missing screws. I called customer service and since the box was so destroyed, they agreed that I could use the box for the replacement umbrella to return the broken one to the store. The new one came intact and was fairly easy to set up. It was a calm day, but there was one gust - no more than 15mph (I think it was more like 10 because nothing else on the deck even moved) that came up and turned the umbrella inside out and snapped it in all places. Fed up, threw this one in the garbage instead of trying to package and return. Good thing we kept our old cantilever umbrella from Walmart; despite its shabbyness. Put that up this year and am still looking for a decent replacement. I would give this ZERO stars if I could.

Yes, I was disappointed too
The pa which helps keep the umbrella open, broke. Took it back to the store. In one day the cantilever part broke in two. Need to take it back again. But I have it bolted to the deck. So I have to unbolt the whole unit and return it. What a pain!!

Disappointed
My husband and I bought this umbrella last summer (less than a year ago), and the umbrella has already split at the top. I can probably count on two hands how many times we've opened it, so it's been closed a good bit. For it to have split already is ridiculous. It was also difficult to put up if you had any furniture in front of it. We always had to move the loveseat out a little in order to open the umbrella. Just disappointed to have spent the money to have it ruined in less than a year.
