Unhappy
The pot can't be completely emptied without steam burning your hand. Also, Yes it does keep coffee warm, but not hot. Hot is necessary if you add cream.
I wind up having to microwave it to get it hot. No fun.

Excellent purchase
This is an amazing coffee pot, recomend it for all coffee lovers. It stays warm almost all day and you never have burnt coffee from sitting on a burner. Have used Bunn for a while now and this is the latest and greatest.

Great Coffee Maker
Attractive, Works great. Appreciate the simplicy of the machine - don't need bells and whistles (clock, timer, etc) as it works so fast.

EXCELLENT
BEST COFFEE MAKER EVER, NEVER HAD ANY PROBLEMS WITH BREWING AND THE FILTER IS WONDERFUL BECAUSE IT IS EASY TO CLEAN. THE BREWING HAPPENS SO FAST THAT YOU HAVE TO MAKE SURE YOU HAVE EVERYTHING READY TO GO BEFORE YOU POUR THE WATER IN!
