Horrific product!
We had bought a Capresso espresso machine a few years back and were happy with it. Had problems with o-ring pulling out because the coffee basket would stick. Called the company and they replaced it. Fast forward to March 2012 and we bought the Capresso 115 model, made watery espresso btw. Coffee basket would stick and o-ting would pull out half the time when removing basket. Called company and they agreed to send new rubber rings, they didn't. Then the switch broke so the machine could no longer foam milk. It took months of calling to get them to replace it (under warranty), got different answers from each customer service rep we spoke with.. We had to send the broken one in, many weeks later a new one arrivedin July of 2012. Here we are at one year and three weeks after the original purchase. Same switch breaks again. Called and they said it was three weeks past my warranty date and I could pay $75 plus shipping for repair or buy a replacement for $85 plus shipping. Have read several other reviews re same broken switch program. Lemon law? Yup. Going to write the CEO of Jura (parent company of Capresso) at their headquarters in Switzerland. NJ customer service sucks.

Good coffee...cheaply constructed
For the money, I liked it when it worked....2x the button to switch between brew and steam broke. Capresso replaced it the first time but the second time it happened, a little less cooperative. Said would fix it, for the money and hassle, not sure worth it.

Don't bother.
I know there are surprisingly decent cappuccino/espresso makers out there at this price range. This product is not one of them. Makes very watery espresso.
