Creates very fine grate
Contrary to the item description the grater only comes with one fine grating insert. The medium insert is available separately (but not at Bed Bath & Beyond).
This is the standard product packaging and not specific to Bed Bath & Beyond.
The grater works well for parmesan cheese but produces a very fine grate. I plan to order the medium insert directly from Roesle.
