Bad product
Ii got this as a gift for my wedding and one day while hanging on my wall it fell and the glass smashed. Further it is constantly freezing while playing on certain pictures for long periods of time.

Won't Stand Up
I haven't even got to the uploading portion of this yet because it won't even stand up. The slightest (and I mean SLIGHTEST) tap and it falls right over.
Will be returning to BB&B this afternoon. Sorry to my wife who I was going to surprise for her birthday with a bunch of "found" infant photos of our triplets that neither of us have seen in 6 years.

Don't Do it!
It may seem like a bargain but you get what you pay for apparently!
This frame is so dim I can hardly see the photos unless I am holding the frame near my face. I looked for a way to fix this in the instructions to no avail.
Maybe this one is faulty but none the less is being returned. Stick with the Kodak frames as they are bright enough to see across the room.

Easy to use
I bought a Phillips before this one and it was very hard to use. This pandigital was extremely easy to use. Just pop the memory card in and bam. Thinking about purchessing another one.
