Powerful, but lots of problems
I just bought this and I tested it out on a number of tasks to see how it performed. It is very powerful, which is both good and bad. It clean wells, but it was too powerful to use on my bath mat or my comforter because it just sucked them both in. It is also somewhat too heavy to use sideways, such as on the back cushions of a couch. You have to use two hands. The dust bin is also difficult and messy to dump out because you have to take out the filter by hand before dumping out the dirt. You also have to pick dust balls off the filter by hand.
But by far my biggest problem is that the attachments fall out ALL THE TIME. No matter what I was doing and which attachment I was using, they all fell out every couple of minutes. I will be returning this and trying something different.

Has good possibilities but, poor design
Pros: 1. Does a good job at cleaning. 2. Runs 15 - 20 minutes on a full charge. 3. Relatively light weight.
Cons: 1. When trying to remove the dust canister to empty the dust, it separates from the unit without warning, generally falling on the floor, where it spews contents of the canister. 2. Instructions are a bit hyper and impractical about charging and discharging the battery pack. I think the idea is to charge the unit all day when it needs it and don't charge it until it begins to slow down. 3. Biggest gripe – Apparently, who every designed the power brush, only envisioned it being used for a very few minutes. We found this out the hard way, during the first use, running the power brush for 15 minutes, the brush motor became very hot, melting the power brush housing. After taking a close look at housing, discovered the brush motor is located in a very cramped compartment and there are no cooling holes for the motor. Therefore; do not run the brush more than 5 minutes and let it cool off 30 minutes if you need to use it again in the near future. Note: there is nothing in the instructions about running the unit a short length of time and letting it cool off between uses.

Love it!!!
I bought this little cordless vac to replace an acient, and dying B&D...Loved this one so much I bought a second one. Love the power head for removing pet hair. When it needs recharging, I plug it in at 2:00P.M. and it is ready to go again at 6:00A.M...that is after the initial 24 hour charge. Highly recommend this little jewel.

LOVE IT!! WOW!
My Nana (grandmother) got this for me for a graduation gift, and I LOVE IT!!! I was amazed at the power of this little handheld vac. I cleaned the bottom of my couch, the cushions, even tried it on the carpet...it's better than my big "pet" vacuum! The attachments make it easy to clean vents and ceiling fans too (I've done that as well) - ha! The little attachment for corners and nooks does wonders. I have a dog and she sheds like a maniac - this thing sucks it up like nothing. Makes cleaning easier. It's my favorite vacuum to date.
I do have to clean the filter multiple times during use if I use it for awhile. Keep the filter clean and it will last longer - which is usually the case. Also, it is good for about 2-3 hours before it slows down. Best gift!
