I really like it!
I received a $5.00 coupon in the mail, then went right down to get a new iron. Mine that I have had for 20 years died that morning. Purchased this one and love it. Steams great, heats up quick.
Note to those who are having problems with the steam. Use distilled water, it won't clog up the iron. It's not the irons fault, you are putting crud into it.

Great then the Rust Chunks came.
Great iron heats up fairly quickly, doesn't leak at all. Occasionally steam wouldn't come out so I'd push the burst button to get it going, thought it was build up due to using california's hard tap water. Worked great for 9 months then started noticing black flakes coming out when I gave it a burst to start the steam, more and more came out each time, I realized it was rust! Brought it back to BB&B for an exchange, no problem at all it was still under 1 year warranty. I liked it enough to get the same one, hopefully will have better results with this one.

Good value
I bought this iron a few months ago because it had the features I wanted for a good price. I iron only about once a week, so I couldn't see spending a lot more and getting more fancy features. I've had no problem with it and find it does a good job ironing (I typically use it on cotton items such as Dockers pants, woven cottten tops, cloth napkins, etc.) It heats up fairly quickly once I turn it on. Unlike the prior reviewers, I find that it glides smoothly on the fabric and steams adequately, though I sometimes use the extra steam burst button for stubborn wrinkles or to make a sharper crease. It leaks a small amount of water occasionally, but not enough to hamper my task. I'm not sure why someone would have a problem with the cord getting under the iron; it isn't as if the iron put itself on the cord. Overall, a good basic iron for the money.

Worst Iron from BBB
This iron does not glide easily. It's work to get it to move across the fabric. It's a steam iron, but doesn't steam frequently enough to be that helpful. The cord gets under the iron when setting it on it's end.
DON'T BUY THIS IRON. It's an inferior product.
