Waste of money
Don't waste your money on these. I purchased them hoping to reduce the wrinkles in clothes coming out of the dryer. Before I purchased them, I thought, "How can this work? There is already steam in the dryer from the clothes that are drying." But, desperate to reduce wrinkles, I purchased them anyway. Well, my intuition and logic was correct. These balls don't make a hoot of difference in the dryer. I wasted $15. Don't waste yours.

Seems like a great buy!
I ordered online & received a few weeks ago in the mail, but haven't tried them out just yet. Some of the other reviews say they are noisy, but if it keeps me from having to iron or stand over the steamer for an hour...let'em call the cows home!

noisy but works
Ok, so they are a tad noisy in the dryer, but they work. My son has a bad habit of leaving clothes in dryer to long and they get wrinkled. So I thought what the heck, give it a shot. Much to my surprise a little water as directed toss in and in a few minutes the clothes are ready to come out. Maybe if only running a small load the noise is louder, but around here there are no such thing..lol. And since they come in a two pack, one to use and one for a back up if the other breaks down. Have had it over 2 months with no complaints.

Good Product
Yes, they can be noisy, but . . . they work! Sometimes you just have to take the not-so-good with the good. We have a separate laundry room, so we just close the door and the noisy stays right there. It's a heck of a lot better than liquid softeners or dryer sheets! I've been using the dryer balls for over a year and there are absolutely no dents in the dryer cylinder. You know when to replace them because, in addition to the sponge shrinkage, the ball itself dries out and starts to crack. You can buy a lot of "Mister Steamy" balls (and get better results) for the price of several bottles of softener or dryer sheets (which leave oily spots). Unless an inordinate number of loads of laundry are done every week, the noise is tollerable for the relatively short dryer cycles.
