Photo Scanner
I was excited to find a small scanner. I connected the scanner to my Mac. I selected to save the photo on the computer, however, it defaulted to the memory card. Once the scanner was disconnected from the computer, i was not able to access the scanned photos. The resolution is poor, only 600. After scanning a lot of photos, the computer wouldn't recognize the scanner. I don't have a choice but to return it.

Fantastic Photo
No one can believe the quality can be so good, and then I tell them the price - wow! You can't lose. First day I used this, I set the pixels to the higher setting, then proceeded to scan about 500 photos in a couple of hours. I have at least 2 huge bins of photos that I thought would take a lifetime to scan on my printer/scanner, but this little scanner makes it fast and easy. To make it even easier, I am scanning to the memory card, not my computer, then transferring the card contents to my computer in batches.

crops 35mm negative
I purchased this product for my 35 mm negatives. I set it up to download directly to the computer. After scanning in the first negative strip, the photos appeared on the computer, but they were cropped.. meaning it put part of one negative with part of the next. I called Pandigital technical support. They gave me a case number and said they would get back to me in 3 to 7 business days. Unacceptable. I seriously doubt they will call me. If they cannot resolve this relatively simple problem, I will be returning this item to the store.

A really great purchase
if you have a lot of negatives in drawers,boxes etc: this is really great. just scan them to the sd card which comes with it and then either download them to your computer or just leave them on the card. Great for scanning pictures that other people might have and you need a copy of---no going to stores or no taking them home to get copies--Just scan the picture on to the SD card. A great purchase!!!!!
