Great Item
I registered for this when I got married in 2005. We have used it maybe a dozen times or so, but it always comes in handy, and never had any problems that other reviewer have had.

hidden problem
The upside down spout control is a real pain. You have to push a cup under and pull out and there are lots of drips.
A "smart idea" gone wrong.

LOVE IT BUT HAS DOWN FALLS
I love this product. Ive had one for a while now and it works great for people who drinks coffee all the time. The only down fall is that it does sometimes leak and its metal and when its on you bump into it or something and you get burned bad.

Not a satisfied customer.
I have returned 2, they leak like crazy. Out of the box, the spouts are not straight, and the leaking is constant. This is surprising from a company like Hamilton Beach.
