Stick to Real NuWave I bought this as a gift for my boyfriend to replace his beloved NuWave oven (the one from the infomercials), but I wish I'd just bought him a new NuWave. I like that this one has a glass bowl (the other one has a plastic hood and it cracked, hence needing a new one), but overall it is just an inferior product. It is really loud and lights up like a spaceship. The lid gets really hot but it doesn't come with a stand to rest it on, so every time we take it off you've got to have a dishtowel to lay it on. With the NuWave, the whole lid lifts off and you can adjust the food, etc.; it's harder to do that with the glass bowl b/c you have to reach down into it. All in all, should have just replaced the NuWave. April 4, 2013

IN LOVE I love LOve LOVE the super wave. Frozen or thawed, from an entire turkey to the highest quality, expensive cuts of steak, it cooks to perfection leaving the meat always juicy. Even overcooked by (my) operator error, the meat within was still amazing. The best "burnt" meat I had ever had. Vegetables retain their vitamins and have a fresh-from-the-garden taste. "Frying" has never been healthier. You can see the food as it cooks with it's clear glass basin. The infrared light is cool, too. Oh yeah... and it cleans itself. Seriously, what more could you want?! I genuinely and highly recommend this oven. December 3, 2012

I waited 6mos to write this review.... Too often, I read reviews about how someone is excited to use a new product. Rarely do I read them 6mos down the road...I use this oven weekly and LOVE it! It takes some practice with temperatures, but I dehydrate fruits, cook veggies, roast chicken, 'fry' bacon, and make the BEST PORK CARNITAS ever! Steaks cook well, but I am playing with flavor (I still prefer to grill steaks). This cooks to perfection without heating up the kitchen with my gas oven. I still play with baking temps, but so far...YUM! July 25, 2012
