Good product if you can open the package
Waterpik's packaging is among the most difficult I have ever encountered. It's necessary to cut three of the four sides of the package with long and sharp scissors. Then you are left with three very sharp plastic edge and very sharp edges on the main package. It is *very* easy to cut yourself in the process of opening the package, or in disposing of the packaging afterward. BedBath&Beyond should insist that manufacturers reduce the amount of waste material in their packaging and make them more consumer-friendly. Perhaps Waterpik thinks that this approach makes their product more secure, but it's a big inconvenience, and I will be much less likely to purchase similarly packaged products in the future.
Oh, yeah, the shower head works just fine, but I can't recommend it because of the packaging.

Great product
Bought this after returning a delta product to lowes, leaked and cracked plastic when hand tightening. Thought I'd try waterpik sinc our last one lasted over 15 yrs. very happy, easy to install, no tape needed, no leaks, well made and considerable less $'s then other brands. Nice to see a mfr who still knows their product!

I purchased this product to help with the bathing of my 3 month old daughter and after reading the reviews I agree. It was affordable, easy to install and my LOV enjoys her baths. If ur thinking about getting it, Get It! U won't regret it.

Best one I've found
This showerhead has not just one, but TWO settings that are actually useful for washing people and hair. Great water pressure; nice long flexible hose; seems well-made and durable.
