Best massage
It takes a little getting used to because it really does remove the knots from your back. I have had 3 back surgeries and this is the best for low back pain. Love it!!

Love it!!!!
I am currnently using the massage chair cushion as i write this review. I love it! My dad got it for me , for my birthday. I get a lot of tension and stress knots in my upper back- and using this helps it out a lot. This massage cushion does full back, upper back, lower back and also u can select a spot to have it just work on that spot. Also includes heat- so it helps even more to releive the sore back :) Me and my husband have gotten great use out of it and are extremely thankfull for having it. The first time i used it- was for about an hour and the next day i was pretty sore , but it works so well- would deff. recommened this! :)

Only one mode
We got this as a wedding gift and unfortunately we returned it. The reason being is that it only has one function and that is a swedish massage. There is no other mode on this massage chair. There is no rolling, no percussion, you can not adjust the width or the pressure. You can do upper, mid and lower back or the whole back. The pressure on this is VERY strong and I like a strong massage. This one can at times be painful. I wanted a massage cushion with more options and ability to control the type of massage. It also can be too close to the spine and roll over it at times. Not all backs are very straight and this does not accomodate for a curvature of the spine.
This went back as soon as we could take it back to the store.

PLEASE DON'T waste your money on this!
I purchased this item for my husband for Father's Day and I'M RETURNING IT TODAY the day after! It's not comfortable to sit on and the massage hurts, my husband is 6'4, 290 and muscular and he couldn't stand to use it for more than 5 min, I tried it to and the massage ball IS too hard, sooo you're better off going to Bath and Body works and buying some massage oil to rub your hubby/wife down yourself, I'm sure they'd like that more than this.
