Best Deep Fryer I have purchased
I have had a deep fryer in the house for years. By far this is the best so far. E-Z cleanup with the oil well with built in pouring spout. One piece cleanup with the fryer heating element which is solid with no small holes or wires. Overall very impressed with the Breville.

Best fryer purchased yet!
Great fryer-Breville does it again. It really does smell significantly less than any other deep fryer I have owned, sure there is a slight smell during cooking but my entire house does not reek of oil as it has in the past. I love how easy it is to clean. It is also a very quiet fryer. At first I thought it might be a bit on the small side but I can cook a batch of fries and wings for a party all at once. It is a great new staple in the kitchen. Only negative is that the safety cord is almost too safe-it unplugs itself if the fryer is moved at all which stops the oil from heating, so be careful.

Very Satisfied
Good fryer. Heats up well and big enough for a family. A bit on the pricey side but you get what you pay for. Only thing that would make it better is if the lid would be hinged. Other than that; totally satisfied.
