It features a microfiber-fill slipcase filled with hypo-allergenic synthetic fibers that feel softer than down, and memory foam that conforms to your shape and is infused with green tea, charcoal and castor oil, making it naturally odor-resistant. Outer and inner covers are 100% polyester. Inner lining is 65% polyester/35% cotton. Fill is 80% viscoelastic polyurethane foam/20% polyester fiber. Measures 24" L x 18" W x 6" D. I love this pillow
I bought this pillow in sept, and I love it. I have had alot of neck pain and after using this pillow for awhile my neck is feeling so much better. I love the adjustability, an have no problem using it with a king sz pillow case. I will be purchasing another one, just for a back up.....

Perfect for extracting drool
I bought this Side Solution pillow a few months ago. It has a comfy-looking design with a U-shaped notch for your shoulder. Inside the zippered cover, which is filled with mystery fluff, are three stacked foam pads approximately one inch thick. You can remove any of the pads if the pillow feels too tall. It is a very firm, very heavy pillow.
One of the obvious issues with a uniquely shaped pillow is that normal pillowcases don't work well. The Side Solution pillow is designed to be used without a pillowcase, but I like to cover my pillows with an anti-allergen barrier and head-cooling sateen. With some squeezing and wiggling, I can pull the Side Solution pillow into a queen-size pillowcase, but the fabric bunches around the shoulder notch and I sometimes wake up with a pinched ear. The padded cover also doesn't launder very well; the inner fluff gets slightly lumpy. Also, the zipper feels especially delicate.
My chief complaint about this pillow is that it's too much work to find a neutral head-neck position. Every time I turn over during the night, I have to maneuver my shoulder into the notch, straighten my back (no curling up in 'full fetal' with this pillow), and then experiment a few times with the forward/backward tilt of my head. This demands more conscious effort (practice?) than simply rolling over in bed the way one does with a regular pillow, and I feel like the quality and quality of my sleep have suffered as a result.
The major benefit of this pillow is that it has dramatically reduced my neck pain. This is no small point. I would definitely recommend this pillow for people who need support around the base of their neck. Beats a stack of mushy regular pillows any day!

Worth the money so far
I've only slept on this for 2 nights, but already it has eased by sleep apnea "explosion" snores that were keeping my husband awake. He says my snoring is now a lot quieter and even. I am a slide sleeper and felt that my shoulder relaxing was compressing my throat. Now that my neck is not bending I don't have that issue. I swear my neck felt longer the first morning after!
