Really great breadpan
I LOVE this pan. It makes a large sandwich size loaf. I haven't used the cover yet, except to put it over during the rise and then take it off to bake, because I didn't want the lid to stick to the bread.
If sprayed with cooking spray, the bread comes out quick and clean, right out of the overn I've used it witn my sourdough recipe, which usually makes two large loaves in regular pans. I didn't use all the dough in this pan--left out enough to make six crusty rolls.
I'm thinking I may order the smaller pan, too.
Really great product.
