Got the Job Done
I purchased this product after searching the web(unsuccessfully) for a log pan to make a scandanavian almond cake. I improvised by using this bread pan. It was larger than expected, so I doubled the recipe and it came out great!

Great Pan!
This is the best bread pan that I have ever owned. I was looking for a larger pan than the regular loaf pans that I already own. This pan cooks evenly, releases easily, and I have been able to bake many crusty European style loaves with a chewy interior. It's a little pricey, so use your coupon. I highly recommend this bread pan, and I would have purchased even without the coupon. It's made in the U.S.A. so that is a plus.
