The Broom Groomer is a sweeping improvement in dustpans. A row of rubber teeth protruding from the back end of the dust pan clean the broom's bristles when you're done sweeping, so no more dust bunnies! A foot rest is built right into the dustpan handle so that your foot can steady the dustpan for hands-free sweeping. The main body of the Broom Groomer is made out of hard, durable plastic, with rubber accents on the handle grip, wall-hanging hole, bristle cleaning teeth, and front edge guard.

not impressed
Am I using the same product as the other reviewers? My broom groomer was warped, didn't collect much of anything from my broom, and was cheaply made.

Finally a dustpan that's smart
This is the best idea for a dustpan: teeth to clean off the broom of all the little pieces of lint and string that no one should have to touch. So well thought out...it really works!

It works pretty well
I liked the idea of not bending over and holding the dust pan. In this area it works great. Removing all the dust bunnies it's alright, but not what I expected- especially at this price point. Is it my broom? Even though my broom is pretty new. Do you need a special broom? Five stars for not bending over and everything really goes into the dustpan. 1 star for cleaning my broom.

Defective Design
I was so excited to get this product. One use and I was so disappointed. The front edge was warped and everything swept went right under the middle of the dustpan. There was no way of holding or angling the dustpan that enabled me to keep this from happening. This product is on it's way back to Bed Bath and Beyond. I really wish it had worked, but I have no use for a $16 (with S&H) dustpan that doesn't work as well as the $4 one I already had.
