Broke Very Quickly.
Just wrote a review of the green model; they are the same except for color (mine was black). Basically, the product is very well laid out and looks great in the store, but after only six trips the back wheels both broke. Turns out they are cheap plastic that disintegrated -- outer cover of plastic came right off. Will try to return, but doubt next one will be much better, since others report same problem (and problems with handle) -- see reviews of green luggage.

Great reliable bag to travel with. The wheels spin just fine and the handle works great too. It expands and has compartments inside too. Good value for the price. Use a coupon and an even better value!!!!!!!

Handle that doesn't last
I used the carry on twice, the handle broke. It's not even the way that I normally carry it, but it happened regardless. I have not been able to contact the company to let them know, they will not get back to me. After writing a review elsewhere, turns out this is a known problem. Not a quality product.
