Great product
Love the fact this is stainless steel. It is easy to clean and the rice is cooked perfectly.

One design flaw
We just got this rice cooker and it looks good and cooks the rice fine. However, the design of the lid is a problem. When you go to open the cooker, the hot steam comes out through the release button and around the handle and burns your hand. You need to wear a pot holder to open it. We are probably going to return it for a different model.
