Jelly Belly Dual Ice Shaver

great fun, best one yet! This is at least the third low cost sno-cone/ice shaver that we have owned in the past five years. This is the best by far, although not perfect (but hey do you have a 1k to drop on some sugary ice machine?) Love that you don't have to freeze the ice in special molds and can use whatever ice you have on hand, It makes nice shavings (kinda chunky) that the syrup clings to, instead of clumping or running through to the bottom. We made about 50 of these the first day and many more since...still running great, will probably dull the blades before the motor wears out. 2 thumbs up on this one for the price, ease of use, and finished product. The Most Fun Thing Ever I think that the Jelly Belly dual ice shaver is something fun and easy for the whole family to enjoy. Once my daughters saw it, they kept bugging me and bugging me until I got it for them. This is truly a great machine and I recommend it! July 13, 2012
this product stinks we bought this for my daughters slumber party and had difficulty getting it to engage and shave the ice. Company rep no help and not willing to replace...don't waste your money....big disappointment July 10, 2012
It works well, good buy Cheap snow cone makers seem to be a sketchy category, but this one had pretty good reviews so I bought it. We've used it at two separate parties and made around 30 snow cones so far and it still works. It allows you to make one or two at a time but you're better off making two each time because a bit of ice will come out of the inactive spout. Not a deal breaker. You will not get a full global of snow cone with this like at a fair. It just fills the cone -- not enough room for a rounded top. It was a big hit for the kids. June 12, 2012
