Wonderful line of pans
My wife had purchased the smaller version of this pan and loved it. She wanted a 10" pan just like it but I was unable to find it at BB&B or even on the manufacturer's website. Then just prior to Christmas I happened to run across it on the BB&B website, which surprised me. So I grabbed it while I could. My wife loves this as much as the smaller pan. She uses the small one every day, and will, I am sure, work this into her rotation as well. Cooks evenly, easy to clean, and so far no scratches. She'd like to replace all her fry pans with these GreenPans.
