Black aluminum fry pan features the patented Thermolon™ Rocks ceramic non-stick coating for superior food releasing properties. Pan also has Bakelite handles for easy handling. It's PTFE/PFOA free and contains no silicone oil. Fry pan is high heat resistant up to 850° Fahrenheit. Suitable for gas, electric, ceramic and halogen cooking surfaces. Hand wash.

Perfect Pan
I love GreenPan cookware to begin with, but this pan is better than the other pan I purchased. The other pan was great too, but there was a screw on the inside of the pan where the handle connected. That always bothered me. I don't like it when the food I am cooking touches it. The Kyoto does not have that problem. As always it cleans incredibly easily.
