Disappointed
I have had two of this exact blender in the last three months and am preparing to return the second. Both of them have leaked from the pitcher onto the blender. The pitcher is one piece and shouldn't leak. It also smelled like the motor was working way too hard to make my smoothie. I had a cuisinart blender for years that had no problem with my smoothies (frozen blueberries-thawed slightly, orange, banana, spinach, milk) but the glass pitcher broke and I couldn't find a replacement. Not sure what kind of blender I'm going to get next but it's not going to be this one again.

great product
It blends very well and I especially like the way it crushes ice. I am always using the machine to make smoothies.

Best blender ever
This is the best blender I have ever owned. This is my third of this model. Over a period of about 7 or 8 years I have owned this item. Why do I need so many? I wear it out because I use it every single day 365 days a year. One of the blenders was a replacement that I did not purchase, so the customer service is great as well. Each time I used my 20% off coupon, and so got a really great deal. I especially love the fact that I just stick it in the dishwasher and never have to take apart or re-assemble anything. Powerful and trouble free for sure and worth every nickel! I have never regretted my purchase for an instant!
