Functional but...
Bought this product being aware of other reviews of over-the-door hooks not fitting and the hook on the bottom being too long. I, too, found this product to have the top hooks too wide but I adjusted by placing small squares of thick cardboard fillers between the hooks and the door. The bottom hook was still dragging as another customer noted but I adjusted the elastic by using velcro to shorten the length. The product itself is functional, sturdy, canvas/plastic roomy pockets and helped to organize my toiletries supplies. Even with having adjustments, it still is a good product.

Disappointed
I expected a little more considering this is a Real Simple product. The appearance is VERY nice compared to repurposing a typical shoe bag for household storage. However, the metal brackets to hold it in place are very cheap and are too deep when placed on a standard residential door. As a result, every time you open and close the door there is excessive movement with the brackets, and when the door is closed they protrude and look horrible. I also selected this based on the additional hook provided for the bottom of the door which I expected to provide extra stability, but it hangs too long and actually drags on the floor (my door is 80") and surprisingly, is not adjustable. So I'd need to either cut it off, or get out a sewing kit (not my thing) and cut the strap and add some velcro. I'd expect a company like Real Simple to test their products before mass production - I am disappointed. While I expected to add a little felt to the front or back of the bracket, there'd still be about an extra 1/2" or so of metal sticking out. At a cost of $20 I didn't expect perfection, but some attention to detail could have made this a top product. I give the organizer itself 4 stars, but having something jerking around on the back of a door or causing damage from abrasion is not efficient - it's a nuisance. As a result, I've lowered my overal review of the product to 2 stars and will be returning this promptly.

This has been the best way to organize my bath that I have found. My husband had a stroke and had to move into my bath. I already had a lot of odds and ends. When we add his items it was to much. This helped us get the bath counter back in normal use.
