Love this little heater
I was looking to get a little heater for my office, since it's always freezing. This one was a great price, and it oscillates, which is a feature I was looking for. There are 3 settings for how high you want it on (fan, low, and high) and then you can also adjust how hot it gets. I usually keep mine on low and that gets the job done. At first it was randomly shutting off and I couldn't figure out why, but I realized it has to be on a hard, flat surface (instead of a rug) so keep that in mind. Also, I don't think the noise level is too loud. Overall, I love this heater! Highly recommend.

Toasty but loud
I bought this for the office and, within seconds, I could feel a very satisfying heat. But it's VERY LOUD--much too noisy to use at work. At the salesman's recommendation, I bought this instead of a Vornado--I've had the little Vornado before, and it really only warms you up at close range or in a very small space--and though the Duraflame would be great to keep my office toasty, I just can't use it without disturbing everyone around. I'm considering returning it and going for the quieter option. Recommended only for situations where noise isn't an issue.

travelling heater fan
It does a nice job of filling up the room with heat, however if placed in the oscillating mode it likes to travel across your table. It travels so far as to hop off and commit suicide. Now I have to call warranty! If left on the floor, would be a good heater/ fan...just beware of movement.

FIRE HAZARD!
Don't buy this heater. After having it plugged in for just 15 minutes it started to smoke and it burned my outlet. I contacted the company and, after sending them pictures, they refused to do anything about it. It is dangerous.
