The interlocking ceramic abrasive wheels of this knife sharpener sharpen both sides of the knife blade at the same time to a factory machined edge. The manual feature includes ceramic stones for final edge honing for straight and serrated blades. Knife sharpener also has carbide blades for setting the initial edge of the knife to match the sharpening angle of the ceramic wheels.
