Great product with great price
I have used various pressure cookers. This is a great one for it's value and the product.
Cooking happens very fast as it is aluminum and less weight.
We need to identify timings of how best to work within product.
I really enjoy this cooker. I have it oats 2 years. Good one.

Bad Product
The first time I used this PC it worked perfectly. I cooked venison and it came out perfectly.(I then threw box and receipt from BB&B away). The second time it used it with the same type venison it burned. I thought I didn't have enough liquid. The third use(same type meat) the PC kept making a shrill coming from the safety lock and steam came from the handle. The rocker vent never worked. I will disguard and get something better. Save your money. You get what you pay for!!!

how to rectify steam escape from safety lock
I gave 5 stars to this to attract people whoever got this and had steam escaping it other wise I would give just 3 stars and just for the price 20$. I got this cooker and found steam escaping from safety lock so I looked into it and found that there is a small black plastic valve which covers the actual steel pressure valve. So when the steam builds the black plactic valve prevents the steel valve from popping up resulting in steam escape instead of the whistle. To fix it just slide the black plastic valve using a scissor end or knife or spoon end and voila you will find that 20$ is totally worth it.You may need to use a torch to see through the hole. Of couse the design flaw is with the handle as when you close the cooker lid the black valve shoudl automatically slide out with the spring push but it doesnt.

Good for one use
I loved this pressure cooker the first time I used it. I did all of the initial cleaning as recommended in the booklet that came with the cooker. The second time I tried to use it it would never build up steam. It kept excaping between the handles. I cleaned it all again and tried with water to see if it would work. Steam escaped again. I bought a Presto 6 qt. and it is working great!
