Great straight or wavy
Works to smooth my straight hair but gorgeous for waves. Hesitated for a long time after reading reviews but I love it. Sometimes you just have to practice a bit. I get tons of compliments when I use it to put the waves into my hair - and the volume I get from this is really something.

AWESOME!!!
All I can say is...I wish I would have bought this sooner than later! I have the larger iron and its good for mostly long hair if you want loose curls but does work on med. length hair but only straightens, not loose curls. I have med. length hair/fine but a lot of it; its frizzy after drying it so I section each side off and sometimes I only have to go thru once or twice and I'm done! From start to finish maybe 10 minutes at the most! THANKS!!

Could be WAY better
I bought this product because I saw the 30 minute infomercial on TV. I like to get stuff off infomercials to see if they do work as well as the infomercials say they do. Now, I have really thick hair, and I do just as the infomercial says to do...straighten in small sections like with anything else. But, in order to get my hair straightened, i have to pass the InStyler through my hair countless times in order to get even close to how the people get it on TV! Not my best purchase, very disappointed.
