Good, but...
I'm a side sleeper, experienced major problems w/ my regular pillow; pain/tightness/knots in upper body and neck, tmj symptoms. After using the contour pillow my discomfort subsided significantly! My only complaint is that the pillow is way too small. I find myself rolling off at night and waking up to make a conscious effort to stay on it.

Love this pillow
I waited over a year to rate this pillow. It has kept its form. It is a firmer contour but the slope is low enough for my neck. At 5'2 it is hard to find the right arch support. I have since bought other memory foam pillows and returned them!

Neck Pain
i purchased two Serenia sleep memory foam contour pillows to ease my neck pain. Wrong the pillows made it worse. I have been sleeping on these pillows for at least 6 months and finally stopped since my neck didn't feel any better. Ever since I stopped I haven't had a bit of pain. Maybe that's what they are good for to give you complete agony and then once you stop using them you feel better.

Too Hard!
This pillow is very hard. After sleeping on it for a few weeks it has not softened and does not conform to you as you sleep as you expect. Not helpful for neck issues.
