Good at first then it went down hill from there...
I purchased this pillow in February 2013. During the first few uses it was fantastic and I loved laying my head on it each night. However after having to wash the pillow case a few times in the washer machine the fluff inside the pillow would make it very hard to re-fluff again thus leaving lumps inside the case once the memory foam pillow was re inserted,
A few days ago, I decided to throw out the pillow case and instead put the memory foam inside a standard pillow. This works ok however, I need to stack it on top of another pillow to get the height I need, as I'm a side sleeper. I would not recommend this pillow.

Worst Pillow I every purchased
I purchased the Brookstone shoulder pillow. The first and only night I slept on it, it was ok at first, then the longer I had my head on it the harder it became after 4 hours I felt a rock would have been softer. I through that pillow across the room. My daughter tried it the next night. I asked her how she liked it...back to the store it goes...today!

Unbelievable
I just bought a new mattress and my old pillows were either too hard or too soft. Went to the local BB&B and saw the Brookstone Biosense classic pillow and put the pillow on the floor and laid on it for about 3 minutes. I decided to buy two of these and used one of them last night. Woke up this morning with no shoulder or neck pain and I didn't have to flip numerous pillows around to try to get a good night sleep. The pillow keeps its shape and and supports the neck and shoulders perfectly. Best pillow ever!

This pillow has changed my LIFE! Now, I am not the normal sore neck kinda person. I had a brain and neck surgery 3 years ago which leaves me with a sore and tired neck all the time. I used to use 4 pillows from my mid back - up to my head to create a kind of cradle for my neck and head and to build my own support. Then a pillow behind my knees and one on each side to support my arms. SO, that is 7 PILLOWS for one person!!!!
I saw this pillow at Brookstone and thought how neat, the contour cut-out for side sleepers. I prefer to sleep on my side I always have. Well, the Bio Sense pillow now allows me to do so!
I find it very supportive and very soft. I do sleep on my side and my arm will go under the pillow, but not under the memory foam part but under the side where there is no memory foam, to me it is not for extra support, it is just that is where my arm belongs. I used to have my arm under a traditional pillow to give added support to my head and neck, not anymore.
I also find this pillow to give good support to my shoulders when I do sleep on my back.
I purchased the pillow about 6 weeks ago have not looked back. I will buy this pillow again and again; I will pay $59.99 for this kind of sleep!
The only down fall is that they do not make an additional pillow case to put the pillow in, it will fit inside a king size pillow case but that takes away the contour of the pillow and the soft feel of the outer shell that to me really makes all the difference in the world.
It also washes very easy and the cover does not get all balled up and out of shape in the washing machine.
Now, I have bought pillows with memory foam cores before, and they came no wear close to this pillow. I have also purchased all the big name brands, Ralph Lauren, Nautica, Martha Stewart Puff ball pillows - This Brookstone BioSense Memory Foam Shoulder Pillow is the greatest pillow I have ever purchased.
Now I sleep with only 2 pillows, one under my head and one behind my knees. AmAzInG!!!!!!
I talk about this pillow as if I am a paid spokesperson and I AM NOT! I am just so happy to have found this pillow! I love it!!!
