Good until it broke
The product looks good and does what it is supposed to do and I was very satisfied with it until it broke - just a month after the 12mo warranty the top zone just quit working. I've contacted the customer service arguing that this kind of product is supposed to last for years and that the warranty has just expired - no help. I've contacted the customer service managers and all they did was offer a ridiculous discount on a new product. The cost of repair is prohibitive so now I have a cooler that is only 50% functional and Wine Enthusiast doesn't care about it. I am so disappointed. Do yourself a favor and buy another brand.

Works and looks great
It does the job (keeps reds and whites at separate temperatures) but I found that I could only keep whites in the smaller compartment because the larger compartment didn't allow me to set the temperature low enough. Besides that, I am very happy with it.
