Delicious Cafe Mocha
I used the Dutch Chocolate Powder with the decaf Kona CBTL coffee pod to make a delicious cafe mocha. There are recipes on the back of the box for a few different drinks. The chocolate is of high quality and very flavorful. Dissolves instantly, like the other reviewer mentioned. I added a couple of Splenda packets and some Coffeemate to really amp up my evening treat! Highly recommend. Better than spending $4.00 at Starbucks for a lukewarm Cafe Mocha! Highly recommend!

Rich, High-End Quality
I have read a few reviews about these powders being too high in calories. As with anything that is of high quality, and "non-diet", there are calories... but that should not detract from the review.
This Dutch Chocolate is not sticky-sweet like American "hot chocolate".. this is a high-end chocolate which decadently smooths out the bitterness of espressos, and enriches teas for mocha lattes. CBTL is head and shoulders above what a lot of the American palate is accustomed to, and as a former espresso shop manager and barista, I found once my customers' palate adjusted, these authentic types of additions were preferred.
Lattes made with this powder are more than satisfying, and where a person would maybe drink 2 to 3 of the lesser quality brands (adding up to far more than the 140 calories of this envelope), they'd probably drink only one of this high of quality. These powders dissolve instantly and completely, and do not turn grainy; remaining smooth, rich, and satisfying to the last incredible drop.
This is perfect even as a drinking chocolate; not too sweet, but decadent and the perfect touch after a meal. Richness can be adjusted by the type of milk used; least (but still great) are the non dairy & nut "milks", and of course, the most would be the breve.
This powder is incredible - don't let people griping about the calories "scare" you off... you will not be disappointed.
