makes delicious yogurt
I bought this so I would have control over the ingredients in the yogurt I eat and I really like it so far. It wasn't quite what I expected (which was I throw in the ingredients and yogurt comes out) because it requires heating the milk on the stove prior to adding it to the yogurt maker, but that wasn't terribly difficult, so I can't really complain. The yogurt came out creamy and tasty. I'd definitely recommend this product for people who like yogurt. I've even ordered the strainer kit to make Greek yogurt!

Very reliable
Making Greek yogurt is possible to make with this yogurt maker. I like the 2 quart size since my family eats yogurt before 2 meals a day. I couldn't see using a smaller unit or small serving size containers.

If you like to drink your yogurt ...
I tried this yogurt maker three times, carefully following the instructions in the manual. Each time the yogurt tasted fine but was completely liquid. I also tried using different lengths of time, ranging from 8 hours to 12 hours. Don't buy this unless you want yogurt to drink.

Love this
Between too much sugar or too much gelatin most yogurts are not acceptable. Make your own is the only way and this makes it easy and very healthful at the same time. Enjoy!!
