The unique, laminated design combines a thin layer of foam between two layers of absorbent microfiber. It holds four times its weight in water and cushions delicate dishes and stemware. It's also great for use underneath your dish drying rack in place of the plastic drain board or placed underneath your appliances to protect your counter top from scratches and scuffs. Love these mats
I was introduced to these drying mats from a sister. I have bought several in the past. I am especially fond of the colors you were selling. My favorite being red. I am very disappointed to hear you will not be carrying them in the past available colors. Hope you re-consider.

Excellent buy
I never even heard of these things until I was at my sister's house. I bought one because they come in very handy if you have an overflow of hand washables and no dryer to hand off the wet dishes to. The mats absorb a million times their weight in water so you don't wind up with a saturated dish towel dripping onto your counter. I use one as a drainboard under my dish rack because it's easier to maintain...just throw it in the washer. I bought another to use when the hand washables overwhelm my dish rack.
