Burning smell
Was so excited to try this... I had already been warned that it would not crush ice well, so I tried to make a shake with frozen fruit instead. After using this blender two times (on different days), it started to have a really horrible burning smell. I've used it less than ten times, and the motor sounds really slow, doesn't work the way its supposed to, and the burning smell has gotten really bad. Such a disappointment.

I love this product
This little personal blender is awesome! It is so easy to make yummy smoothies with whatever yogurt and fruit I have on hand. It's motor is powerful enough to crush up ice and blend up fruit without having to open it up and stir it. I like that you can take it off the base and shake it to make sure the whole drink is blended. The cup is the perfect size for individual servings. I have even used it to crush up bread crumbs or sauces for other recipes since I don't own a food processor and it works great for that too. I definitely recommend this!

Awesome product!
I received this as a Christmas gift and I love it! It crushes ice better than my full size blender! And it is so easy to clean. Works perfectly for my morning smoothies!

Best Gift I Ever Received
I received this as a birthday present a year ago since my daughter knows how much I love the blended coffees. I have never had any trouble with the blender and the reason I came here today was to purchase one for the office. I brought mine to the office last week and made blended coffees for everyone, it was a hit! It crushes the ice perfectly instead of having lots of little chunks.
When I saw the negative reviews, I had to enter my experience to let everyone know this really is a good product.
