Cheap, not worth the price
I forgot to read the reviews on this product otherwise, I never would have wasted my money and time. The over the toilet space saver cabinet is absolutely not worth the cost. The actual cabinet part seems decently sturdy and is attractive, but it's quiet clear that Fairmont has no quality assurance team. Not one set of pilot holes were drilled correctly, which we made due with, but the "easy assembly" advertisement on the side of the box is a joke--it is not. (And no, I don't need everything to go together perfectly the first time, I just really think that if a company is going to bother to pre-drill holes, they should do it correctly. It would have been faster and easier to put this together without the pilot holes.)
Okay, on to the legs. These are the cheapest, most worthless bits of construction I have ever seen. They need extra reinforcement just to be stable, and they are really much too weak of a material to be used as the leg material.
I do not recommend this product. If you really feel this is right for you, get the wall mounted one--you will still likely struggle with mis-drilled pilot holes, unless you get super lucky, but at least you won't waste an extra $30 that they charge for the useless, useless legs.

Awesome purchase. Great piece. Very happy.
I read all the negative reviews on this product. I feel that those people might want to buy a product and have it be 100% perfect and have no issues with installation or assembly at all. I know this is obviously what we all want but things rarely work out that way. The assembly of this product was very easy and took me about 20 minutes. My only issue is that once it's assembled you can not get a drill or screw driver up underneath the top inside of the cabinet to secure it to the wall. That was frustrating until I remedied it 1/2 way apart again (which was not hard) and putting it in the wall before installing the top piece. In other words, I put the top on after it was on the wall. Also, I too had to change the positioning of the doors slightly to avoid a large gap in between then when the doors were closed. However, this too was not hard. Now the piece is hanging on the wall in our guest bathroom and looks/functions perfectly. Very sturdy and it the wall anchors it comes with are easier than any that I've ever used and are very strong. Just require a hammer to install the anchors themselves. Awesome. Plus, it looks a lot more expensive than it is and with a 20% off coupon from Bed Bath and Beyond it was only about eighty something dollars at the store.
Already long story short, my wife and I love this piece and whenever you purchase an item that you need to assemble at such a good price, you might need to be a little resourceful and be able to adapt and change things. Not a big deal though at all and anyone can do it if they like the piece enough. We will be buying the dark wood color piece in the same style for our other bathroom.
Thanks Bed Bath and Beyond!

Fairmont White Wal Cabometl works for me
I did read the reviews before I purchased the wall mount unit and was concerned with what was written. However, I found that it was easy to assemble and the instructions were well written and easy to follow. I liked that all of the little items were bagged separately and marked appropriately, so I could lay them all out without having to count each screw and wood dowel. It was a lot easier to assemble than anything I bought from IKEA, since there were English instructions as well as pictures. This particular wall mount unit met all of my needs and I am happy that I purchased it. The only thing I agree with in the other review was that the predrilled screw holes for the hinges were not lined up properly, but it was easy to fix by drilling new holes for 1 cabinet door. I wasn't considering the unit with legs, since I had a bathroom that had ceramic tiles that went up about 40 inches and it had a ledge that I could use to put the bottom of the cabinet on and it worked perfectly for my needs. I am completely happy with the results

Zero Stars, Actually.
Cheap, shoddy construction. This cabinet makes IKEA stuff seem high end by comparison. Halfway through assembly, one of the legs broke off of the block that bolts it to the underside of the unit when I was turning the unit right side up with my husband. We didn't even accidentally hit the leg- it simply came unglued. I haven't bothered with customer service since they're only open from 9-5 on weekdays and I work for a living. I didn't want an unfinished cabinet to be laying on my floor for weeks, either, waiting for a part.
After repairing the leg by sanding, gluing, clamping, and reinforcing with nails (which set me back a few days), I assembled the rest of the piece tonight. Pilot holes don't line up, and the cabinet doors are actually uneven with about a 1 cm space between the two of them. The piece is very top heavy and wobbly. It is total garbage. There's no pilot hole for the anti-topple screw into the top of the unit, and the directions to anchor it to a wall are quite confusing. The legs should be much more sturdy than they are, considering the top-heavy design. There's no type of cross-beam support for it, either.
Bottom line: save your money and don't bother with this nonsense. I will never buy this brand again.
