excellent non stick skillet
I have owened every kind of non stick cook ware there is over the last 40 years and none of them compare with non stick performance of this skillet. I have just purchased this skillet so do not yet know how it will perform overtime. Ceramics are typically not so non stick. I hope the non stick component is intergal with ceramic and not just a coating on the ceramic surface which would obviously wear out long before the ceramic. Here is hoping it will last because this skillet is, just - WOW!
