I love this! Great for the office. Only one thing, this is the second one I have purchased...because if you use boiling hot water (which is really needed to get a good cup of coffee), the plastic inside cracked and water stays within the bottle, and doesn't come out..
I tried just using hot water (not boiling water) and the coffee was weak and did not taste as good.
