Great Product
I'm very pleased with the pans so far. I've only used the 10" pan but it performed great. I have used a springform pan in the past and it leaked and created a great big mess. This one however did not and the cheesecake baked up beautifully. I had some reservations on the dimpled bottom of the pans but solved that quickly enough by lining the bottom with parchement paper. I would definatly recomend these pans.
