Wedge Pillow
Although the size is very good, I found the product to be too hard and even with pillows on it I would wake up feeling stiff and sore. I tried the product for a week and I was just too sore to continue using it. Perhaps memory foam would make a better product.

IT CURED MY 24/7 LOWER BACK PAIN!
AFTER HIP REPLACEMENT, I HAD TO SLEEP ON MY BACK, AND BEING TALL, NEEDED AN EXTRA LONG WEDGE CUSHION/PILLOW, SO HUSBAND ORDERED THIS ONE FROM BB&B. AFTER A COUPLE MONTHS, I NOTICED MY LOWER BACK PAIN HAD VANISHED, SOooo, DECIDED TO GO BACK TO SIDE SLEEPING. BEFORE TWO HOURS PASSED, MY BACK BEGAN HURTING, SO WENT BACK TO THE WEDGE. AFTER THREE MOS. HAD HUSBAND TAKE TWO OR THREE INCHES OFF THE HEAD END AND EVEN IT ON DOWN TO THE BOTTOM. LOVE IT!!! IF YOU HAVE CONSTANT LOWER BACK PAIN, IT'S SURELY WORTH A TRY. IT ALIGNS THE SPINE CORRECTLY. I WILL USE IT UNTIL I DIE!!! IT IS COMFORTABLE! JUST HAD TO GET USED TO SLEEPING ON MY BACK, AND NOW IT SEEMS NATURAL.

Uncomfortable
Pillow was too hard, making it very uncomfortable. I liked the design.
