Knives feature a new contemporary handle inspired by Victorinox's professional Fibrox Pro handle with a lightweight, balanced design that is perfect for the home kitchen. Handle is textured, ergonomic and slip-resistant, and the mirrored polish finish on the high-carbon stainless steel blade is consistent with Victorinox's durable commercial-grade blade. Steak knives have spear tip blades for easy cutting near the bone. Rust- and corrosion-resistant. Knives are NSF (National Sanitary Foundation) approved. Hand wash. Lifetime limited warranty.
