Not a firm pillow
I should have paid more attention to the description for the pillow, my husband was not happy with the firmness, there was none. The pillow is well made, just not a firm one. It will be fine for the grandchildren!

Best pillow!
I have tried a number of pillows and was at my wit's end. This was a long shot but it is so comfortable and such a superb price! Definitely would recommend it!

Very Soft!
I bought 2 of these and love them. If you're looking for a pillow with firm support, this is NOT for you. It does say "medium fill" and is. If, however, you like to fold and "scrunch" your pillow into shapes that best conform (as I do), this one's nice. It's 100% down so it has no quills to poke out, and the cover is smooth and soft. I'd recommend this to anyone who prefers a soft pillow over a firm one.
